There are a lot of expensive concoctions for aches and pains. If you have these ingredients at home, you can make your own at the fraction of the price. I personally don't mind the scent of horseradish, ie. seafood sauce.... so if that scent appeals more to you than some of the strong scents of various rubs this might work for you.....

Achy muscles from a bout of the flu? Mix 1 Tbsp. of
horseradish in 1/2 c. olive oil. Let the mixture sit for
30 minutes, then apply it as a massage oil.

Bonus Tips - Horseradish and Ketchup can make a great dip for shrimps, It is also great mixed with egg salad mix!
